Order Tracking
Orders shipped by Centre. Africa have individual tracking numbers in all the shipments. The customers are notified that an order has been shipped by e-mail, and are also sent a tracking number. You can use our site or the site ofthe  courier company to track your order. That way, you can at any time trace the location of your order!

In Ghana, any customer can receive the services of returns within 30 days of delivery. Free shipping on demand is provided. This does not mean that you should not plan to take 30 days to think about your new things and see whether they would be satisfactory to you.

Return Criteria

  • Conditions of the product for return are to be made, are its applied, unused, dirty, and used conditions.

  • All the original labels, tags, and packaging must be affixed.

  • It should not be worn, damaged, altered, or smell.

Refund Processing Duration
The refund will be made within 5-10 business days upon the approval or confirmation of your refund or upon the knowledge that this is the right refundable situation.
